UPDATE: A closer look at the new Kith x New Balance “Osaka Pack” has surfaced, following a tease of the release in early March by founder Ronnie Fieg. The new imagery, in the gallery above, further highlight the premium materials used in the new pairs, which has come to be expected from the “MADE in” 900 series shoes. Details on pricing have yet to be announced, however, we expect an official update soon. For now, take a closer look at the “Osaka Pack” in the gallery above.
Original Story: Just ahead of the opening of Kith‘s Osaka store, Ronnie Fieg has taken to Instagram to share a closer look at the new Kith x New Balance collaborations that are in the pipeline.
With the store set to open for business on March 21, Fieg revealed new images of the “Osaka Pack,” which consists of two new Kith x New Balance footwear drops that are set to release on that same day as the store’s ribbon cutting.
Fieg shared photos of both the Kith x New Balance 992 MADE in USA and the Kith x New Balance 991v2 MADE in UK as part of a photo dump – two classic footwear offerings doused in clean blue colorways.
The Kith x New Balance 992 is crafted with baby blue suede overlays, grey underlays and blue mesh up top. Reflective hits surface on the tongue and back tab with Kith branding scattered subtly throughout and a gum sole rounding it out. As for the Kith x New Balance 991v2, the sneakers come dipped in the classic “Steel Blue” colorway.
