When Nike debuted its new SNKRS Showcase series in 2023, one silhouette that stood out amongst the many sneaker reveals was the ACG Rufus. The 2001 model went on to make its return in 2024, arriving in a wide variety of looks. Nike then opted to include it in its third, and most recent, SNKRS Showcase event, highlighting two looks — a “Bold Berry” that was officially revealed in January and this new “Armory Blue” iteration.
In anticipation of its retail debut later this month, the Swoosh has published its official imagery of the ACG Rufus in “Armory Blue.” The pair features a denim-like upper in a light blue hue with a small muted gold Swoosh present at the lateral midfoot. From there, its outdoor-ready sole unit features a beige finish with brown specks scattered across the outsole.
At the time of writing, Nike has not yet announced when this “Armory Blue” iteration of the ACG Rufus will be dropping. Stay tuned for updates as it is currently expected to arrive on shelves starting on March 31 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $110 USD.
