Kesha and T-Pain Link Up on (Long Overdue) Collab

“YIPPEE-KI-YAY” drops alongside news of Kesha’s forthcoming studio album, which is confirmed to land this summer.

Kesha and T-Pain go way back. While friends and fans of one another for a while, the duo had yet to link up in the studio – until today, that is.

The pair have presented their first-ever musical collaboration entitled “YIPPEE-KI-YAY,” which also arrives in tandem with news of Kesha’s forthcoming independent project.

. – (PERIOD) – is confirmed to drop everywhere on Friday, July 4 via her own Kesha Records label, and is confirmed to feature previously released “JOYRIDE” and “DELUSIONAL” on the tracklist. Per a press release, the pop-meets-country album is “an unapologetic, unfiltered declaration of artistic freedom and fearless authenticity” that envisions a “raw, daring, and intensely personal sonic journey, a defiant act of self-expression that refuses to adhere to expectations.”

“YIPPEE-KI-YAY” also has a solo version sans T-Pain, which is the one that is presumed to appear on the LP. See the full 11-song lineup below and stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
