With an archive as expansive and acclaimed as Jordan Brand’s, there’s a constant stream of anniversaries to celebrate. The Jumpman team is currently commemorating the 40th and 35th anniversaries of the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 5, offering both shoes in a mix of exciting new looks and beloved throwbacks. Looking ahead to 2026, a batch of new rumors regarding the Air Jordan 6 has all but confirmed that its 35th anniversary will be honored with the many AJ6s that are said to be dropping.

One of many rumor updates from the sneaker leaker duo of zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files indicates that a new women’s-exclusive “Blackout” version of the Air Jordan 6 Low will be releasing next year. While no images of the shoe have surfaced just yet, it’s likely to don an all-black color scheme.

At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not yet confirmed that a “Blackout” version of the Air Jordan 6 Low will be releasing next year. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the pair, as it is currently expected to drop in women’s sizing next spring via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
