Following collaborations with Joy Division, New Order, and Oasis, Levi’s has unveiled the latest addition to its ongoing “Band Tee” collection: a series of vintage-inspired Sonic Youth T-shirts emblazoned with rare, era-authentic artwork.

The collection houses five emblematic tees based on the brand’s fan-favorite motifs, including the Bomb Pop, Washing Machine, Animal Grid, Bunny, and Dirty Alien prints. Notably, Levi’s matched the shading and coloring of each shirt to the original version.

“Rock & roll bands, whether they’re Classic, Metal, Punk, or Pop, have always worn Levi’s on and off the stage,” the band said in a statement. “As a band defining the interplay of the radical and traditional, we are excited to partner with Levi’s to crank up the noise and spread the good word.”

Leo Gamboa, senior director of global collaborations and customization design at Levi’s, added, “Levi’s has always been rooted in music. We wanted to bring back the vibe of your favorite Sonic Youth band tee—authentic, timeless, and made with quality that lasts for years to come.”

The Levi’s x Sonic Youth Band Tee collection is now available to shop online and in select Levi’s stores. Take a look at the collection in the gallery above.
