Oasis Delivers 30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of '(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?'
The seminal Britpop record arrives with five new unplugged tracks.
Oasis has released the 30th anniversary edition of their seminal album, (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?
Released in the between the UK and Asia dates of their massive Oasis Live ‘25 reunion tour, the special edition features unplugged versions of “Cast No Shadow,” “Morning Glory,” “Wonderwall,” “Acquiesce” and “Champagne Supernova.” The tracks were produced and mixed by Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho from the original master recordings, while its artwork is shot by original sleeve designer Brian Cannon.
In addition to the digital version, the (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) is available as 2CD and 3LP formats. The editions will hear the 2014 remastered version alongside the new bonus versions.
(What’s The Story) Morning Glory? was released as Oasis’ second album and catapulted the band into the global mainstream. The record became a commercial success and is highly regarded as one of the most influential Britpop records in history.
