Nanga does best when it’s cold outside. The premiere insulated outerwear outfitter has carved out its own uninterrupted lane in delivering down donned by both the fashion industry and functional-focused nature explorers alike.
The Japan-based label is fresh off an eventful Fall/Winter 2024, a season filled with solid in-line releases and intentional collaborations with BAPE, fragment, WACKO MARIA, Engineered Garments and 18 East.
For its first release of Fall/Winter 2025, which already comes followed by a stacked roster in the immediate pipeline, Nanga has teamed up with vintage label Ameri to deliver a dual-minded presentation of down jackets.
Crafting four down jackets in total, each insulated with quality feathers sourced from Spain, the pair reinvents some of Nanga’s traditional jacketing silhouettes.
Leading the range is a green-hued plaid puffer jacket, with sleek black zip pocketing scattered throughout. Another standout offering is the pleated black puffer with slits separating the silhouette at the upper arms.
There’s still a while before the range drops, set to land for purchase on Friday, November 28. In the meantime, peep the Ameri x Nanga collab capsule in the lookbook above.
