Paris Saint-Germain's Air Jordan 1 "Wings" Is All About Luxury
The football club teamed up with Jordan Brand for two extremely-limited versions of the release that cost €2,200 EUR and €7,500 EUR respectively.
Paris Saint-Germain has built a close relationship with Jordan Brand, resulting in many footwear collaborations that have included everything from the Air Jordan 4 to most recently the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. It was revealed earlier this month that the two had come together for a special “Wings” collection that includes a a fourth collaborative kit. What we didn’t expect is that a new PSG x Air Jordan 1 “Wings” would be dropping as well.
Adding to last year’s luxurious “Wings” collection that debuted in China as the brand’s “most pinnacle product expression to date,” the premium white high-top has been altered to include a new PSG-branded dubrae. Two versions have been produced, one limited to 250 pairs and the other arriving in a box based on PSG’s Parc De Princes Stadium. The latter, limited to a mere 23 pairs, comes with special details at the collar, including a callout in Roman numerals that represents which of the 23 pairs it is.
The entire Paris Saint-Germain x Jordan Brand “Wings” collection was available to shop exclusively at Paris Saint-Germain’s pop-up for Paris Fashion Week. The duo’s Air Jordan 1 cost €2,200 EUR (approx. $2,307 USD) and its special box edition was priced at €7,500 EUR (approx. $7,866 USD).
