Name: Nike Shox Ride 2
Colorway: White/Metallic Platinum/Black/Flat Gold
SKU: IB8174-100
MSRP: $190 USD
Where to Buy: Nike

After returning to market via a Supreme collaboration in June 2022, the Nike Shox Ride 2 has appeared in a handful of interesting (if sporadically-released) makeups including a rich brown leather iteration and a techy “Black Phantom” colorway. Now, that run is set to continue in 2025 with the reveal of a new speckled makeup.

Offering shades of both Josh Vides‘ black-and-white outlined style and Maison Margiela‘s signature distressed midsole detailing, this new pair of Nike Shox is officially dubbed “White/Metallic Platinum/Black/Flat Gold.” It features black and silver-flecked details on its white mesh and leather upper, applied heavily on both the forefoot and midfoot while slightly tapering off towards the collar and heel. Midsoles offer the aforementioned “scuffed” detailing around their Air and Shox cushioning combination, and a semi-translucent outsole rounds off the look. It’s a striking amount of detail for an in-line release, and offers a compelling, conceptual aesthetic.

Though an official release date for the Nike Shox Ride “White/Metallic Platinum/Black/Flat Gold” has yet to be announced, it’ll likely touch down via the Nike webstore in the coming weeks. When it does, it’ll be priced at $190 USD.
