Kith Hits the Ice With the New York Rangers
The duo’s debut link-up consists of collaborations with Bauer, Mitchell & Ness, AVIREX and Inglasco and the first-ever Kith Night for the New York Rangers game.
Kith has never shied away from wearing its New York City pride on its sleeve, routinely repping the city’s sports teams in clean, collaborative apparel capsules. One of the outfitter’s most anticipated link-ups – which just celebrated its third anniversary back in November – is its Kith Night for the New York Knicks: an annual collaboration with the team in the form of both an apparel delivery and the Kith Night at Madison Square Garden basketball game. Building on the success of Kith Night for the Knicks, Kith is debuting its new partnership with the NHL‘s New York Rangers, which similarly spans a dual-minded apparel and accessory capsule alongside the first-ever Kith Night for the New York Rangers.
In a stacked selection of outerwear, knitwear, fleece garments, hockey gear and graphics, Kith enlists the likes of Bauer, Mitchell & Ness, AVIREX and Inglasco to contribute to the extensive offering. Leading the range is the second partnership between Kith and AVIREX, surfacing in the form of a reimagining of AVIREX’s signature Icon silhouette; the premium leather jacket – available in all-black and color-blocked iterations – is defined by its striking all-over embroidered patching.
Kith also continues its partnership with Mitchell & Ness on a delivery of co-branded Mark Messier jerseys. Landing in both navy and white colorways, the jersey features the Kith wordmark in the “Rangers” design across the front, a collaborative Kith Sports label, and “New York to the World” stripes on the sleeves. With Bauer, Kith delivers a lineup of dual-minded quarter zips and matching nylon track pants.
As for hockey gear, Kith and Bauer present the Kith for Bauer Vapor HyperLite 2 hockey stick, adorned with co-branding on the shaft and Kith Monogram artwork on the blade. The duo also presents a pair of Vapor Pro Gloves and a game-ready helmet. The collaborative logos showcased throughout the range are also emulated on a selection of hockey pucks and coasters crafted alongside Inglasco.
The first-ever Kith Night at Madison Square Garden for the New York Rangers is set to go down on Friday, January 18 when the team faces off against the Columbus Blue Jackets; tickets are available now.
Expect the Kith for the New York Rangers collection to drop for purchase on Friday, January 17 at select US Kith shops and at 11 a.m. EST on Kith’s webstore and app. The range will also be available inside the main Chase Square entrance; tickets are not required to access the pop-up, which opens at 5 p.m. EST on January 18.
