Audi Unleashes New RS E-Tron GT Performance Model
Its most powerful production vehicle yet, sporting over 900 hp.
Audi has introduced its first fully electric RS performance model, the RS E-Tron GT Performance, delivering an impressive 680 kW (912 hp) of output. This dynamic four-door coupe is set to redefine electric mobility, combining cutting-edge technology with Audi’s attention to detail.
The RS E-Tron GT Performance is powered by two permanent-magnet synchronous motors, delivering 337 hp at the front and 556 hp at the rear. With enhanced thermal management and power electronics, the car offers a brief surge to 912 hp using Launch Control. A new push-to-pass function adds 70 kW at speeds over 18 mph for ten seconds, providing exhilarating acceleration for overtaking or tackling winding roads.
Audi has also fine-tuned the RS E-Tron GT’s driving dynamics with a new air suspension system and RS performance mode, optimizing control for challenging terrains. Drivers can choose between efficiency, comfort and dynamic driving profiles, along with customizable RS1 and RS2 modes for a tailored experience.
Sustainability meets performance with optional 21-inch tires made from 55 percent renewable materials, enhancing grip and reducing rolling resistance. The car also features carbon camouflage design elements and an exclusive Bedford Green exterior. The new performance model is available to order now in select regions, with pricing starting at €160,500 EUR or approximately $180,000 USD.
