Update: As 2024 comes to a close, we’re continuing to learn more about what to expect from the sneaker world next year. For Travis Scott, this is expected to include the release of the “Light Chocolate” colorway of his Zoom Field Jaxx. The pair, which was officially previewed by the Swoosh a month ago, is due to drop on January 17 of 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $170 USD.

Update: A historic year for Travis Scott in the sneaker scene is expected to conclude with the second release of his new Nike Zoom Field Jaxx model in a “Light Chocolate” colorway. The hybrid design first arrived via a shock drop in its “Sail” look back in July and is now being readied to launch in “Light Chocolate” as well. As discussed in our previous coverage below, this new iteration sees white, off-white and its signature brown all team up across the strap-equipped sneaker. A specific release date has not yet been specified so stay tuned for updates as we expect it to arrive by the end of the year via Nike and select shops at a price of $170 USD.

Update: Travis Scott’s prominence in the sneaker world continues to grow as his second signature shoe of the year, the Nike Zoom Field Jaxx, nears its global debut. We caught a preview of its “Light Chocolate” colorway earlier this month and now have an on-foot preview providing a closer look at what to expect from the sneaker. Release remains anticipated for later this year at a price of $170 USD via Nike SNKRS and select retailers. Stay tuned for updates and review our initial breakdown below for a full rundown on the design.

Original Story: When it comes to collaborators in the sneaker game, few figures garner as much attention as Travis Scott does. The superstar has released countless sneakers with Nike and Jordan Brand, resulting in one sold out drop after another. For 2024, he’s taken things to the next level by not only presenting his first signature shoe with Jordan Brand — the Jordan Jumpman Jack — but his first with Nike as well.

The Nike Zoom Field Jaxx made its debut at the MLB All-Star Game back in July, resulting in a lucky few obtaining the model’s “Sail” colorway. While fans await the design’s global launch, another look has leaked, this time a “Light Chocolate” rendition of the low-top. Off-white graces the shoe’s mesh base, tongue and outsole while white covers the overlays and midfoot strap. From there, its “Light Chocolate” hue arrives at the leather Swooshes, laces, lining, midsole and sockliner. The sneaker may not sport Scott’s typical reversed Swooshes, though it does deliver co-branding at the tongue, heel, outsole and underneath the midfoot strap at the medial.

At the time of writing, neither Travis Scott nor Nike have shared any release details regarding their new Zoom Field Jaxx silhouette. Stay tuned for updates, including official imagery of this “Light Chocolate” colorway, as we expect the sneaker to make its debut later this year via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a $170 USD price point.
