If there’s one thing that Nike has made clear, it’s that nothing is off the table when it comes to re-releases. Earlier this year, we were treated to the return of the HUF x Nike Air Max 1, with its two sample pairs dropping for the first time alongside the OG colorway. Moving forward, everything from Patta’s Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll” to the historic Wu-Tang Dunks and UNDEFEATED Air Jordan 4s are expected to be returning.

Adding to the list now is the PlayStation x Nike Air Force 1 Low, which Nice Kicks has just reported as a 2025 release, following a hint from HoodyJandro on X back in May. Nike had connected with Sony back in 2006 to assemble a special PlayStation-themed colorway of the Air Force 1 Low to commemorate the launch of the PlayStation 3. Later on, a public release of the shoe was teased in 2018 but ultimately resulted in a new design being released. While we don’t know what to expect from the shoe just yet, it sounds like it will be based on the original 2006 pair.

At the time of writing, neither Sony nor Nike have confirmed that the two have another PlayStation-themed Air Force 1 Low on the way. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the pair, as it is currently expected to drop sometime in 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers around the $140 USD price point.
