Bondage, Muscles and Magic Mike at Dsquared2 SS25
The kinky collection played with skintight leather and latex to deliver an utterly sensual experience at Milan Fashion Week.
Fresh off the debut of Resort 2025, Dean and Dan Caten‘s Dsquared2 closed out the first day of Milan Fashion Week with a co-ed Spring/Summer 2025 collection that was hot, hot, hot! Dsquared2 made its curtain call at the historic 19th-century opera venue Teatro Lirico, hosting a sensual runway complete with a Magic Mike-inspired performance.
Guests filled the velour-lined seats in anticipation of a marvellous showcase ignited by dozens of shirtless dancers appearing in clear boxes hovering overground. They hit the stage with pure sex appeal, grinding on hardwood floors while breaking out in dynamic dance routines to the beat of Usher’s “Good Kisser.”
The dancers returned to their crates as models walked down the theatre rows in a tribute to liberating creativity. Dsquared2’s SS25 collection was packed with bondage, kink, and alluring sensuality, playing with leather, chiffon, and latex across 43 skintight looks. First, sweaty leather uniforms clung to the glistening skin beneath, counteracted by sheer shirting and studded straps with a provocative aura. Cropped tank tops and wrapped suiting played with everyday silhouettes, inserting an intriguing edge that needs to be explored.
Latex truckers jackets and star-embellished denim reimagined cowboy dressing complete with “WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP” buckle belts pulled from the Wild West. Barely-there deep v-necks expanded on chiseled torsos, paired with miniature leather shorts and shredded trousers cut to perfection. Finally, “TEAM CANTENACCI” wrestling leotards played for the Dsquared2 team, decorated with neon pipping and leather wrist cuffs to battle for the SS25 championship belt.
