UNIQLO UT Reveals New ‘Final Fantasy’ Collaboration
Featuring the work of Yoshitaka Amano.

From the MoMA to Capcom and even CoComelon, UNIQLO UT has offered up a range of collaborations over the years – livening graphic tees and other apparel. But those are just a few of the many names on its collaborative roster. Another one of those names is the Final Fantasy franchise, where the two have previously tossed up graphic tees in celebration of the game’s 35th anniversary in 2022. Now, the two are back together with a new collaboration.
The new collaboration looks at the eye-catching design, visual and gaming history of the franchise that kicked off in 1987. Specifically, the collaboration looks at the work of Japanese visual artist Yoshitaka Amano, who has designed characters and promotional artwork for the game. Alongside Amano’s work, the collaboration looks at the standout pixel artwork from the franchise’s first six games.
Whether it be Amano’s work, pixel art or designs from the Final Fantasy online RPG and FFXIV the gambit is visualized across seven graphic tees. Coming in white, black, soft yellow and salmon, the tees feature a range of multicolored and neutral-hued designs on the front and back.
Take a look at the offering in the gallery above. Retailing for $24.90 USD each, the new UNIQLO UT x Final Fantasy collaboration is set to release in-store and online at UNIQLO on June 24.
