CLOT Delivers the First Drop of “CHANGE THE GENERATION” SS24 Collection
Also featuring a new line of womenswear and handbags.
CLOT has officially unveiled its “CHANGE THE GENERATION” Spring/Summer 2024 collection. This season, Edison Chen has partnered up with fashion designer Humberto Leon to reinvent CLOT’s signature aesthetics and codes, all the while honoring the brand’s East-meets-West philosophy.
The first drop consists of an array of outerwear, apparel, headwear and accessories. New lines are also introduced as part of the new seasonal collection, spanning womenswear and handbags. Among the lineup, the Leather Kimono jacket and the Stand Collar Jacket for women are worth a note. The former reimagines the martial arts uniform in an unexpected materiality, with its long length referencing kimono gowns while its tapered sleeves offer a more contemporary touch. The women’s Stand Collar Jacket sports elegant tailoring with a modern cropped cut. Its collar is embellished with colorful trimming for a dash of color, while its alternating front buttons appear in a tonal fabrication.
On the accessories front, the Silk Briefcase is perhaps one of the key releases of this drop. Available in Olive and Black colorways, the bag comes in a flat silhouette that draws on Chinese classicism’ while combining it with cues from the ‘70s. The entire bag is composed of silk textile, woven with CLOT’s emblematic repeat motifs. The handle arrives in a bamboo-like appearance but is doused in bright blue or yellow.
Warm spring hues such as yellow, muted lavender, salmon pink and light blue comprise the collection’s core color schemes. To bring out a striking color and textural contrast, starker tones like army green, navy blue and black have also been implemented to enhance visual impact.
The “CHANGE THE GENERATION” collection’s first delivery is now available online and at select JUICESTORE, alongside authorized retailers.
