Shake Shack Introduces the Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake to Its Menu for a Limited Time Only

The Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake is the newest seasonal offering to be added to Shake Shack’s menu. Available for the first time in Hong Kong, the delectable shake will only be offered for a limited time, starting from March 5.
The Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake uses premium matcha powder sourced from Uji — Kyoto’s renowned region for green tea and match products. For this particular item, the type of matcha powder used is of the finest grade and is produced by the award-winning Kitagawa Hanbee.
Similar to the chain’s other cold shakes, the drink is made freshly in-store with frozen vanilla custard, which is then hand-spun with matcha powder to create a velvety texture. It’s then generously topped with whipped cream, which is infused with sprinkles of golden buttery cookies and matcha powder for a delightful beverage to accompany your favorite Shake Shack meal.
