PUMA x Noah Rework Retro Sportswear Classics in Fourth Capsule
Pulling inspiration from one of Collier Schorr’s “Wrestlers” portraits.

Seasoned collaborators PUMA and Noah are running it back. For the duo’s fourth collaboration, Noah’s Brendon Babenzien drew inspiration from a 2002 photo of wrestler Hudson Taylor shot by famed sports photographer Collier Schorr to whip up two new footwear styles and a lineup of co-branded apparel, complete with a DIY-focused campaign envisioned by Schorr herself.
For the lookbook, Schorr tapped into the collection’s intended audience of “the off-duty athlete,” capturing models in their pre and post game hideaways like locker rooms and empty gymnasiums. Taylor founded Athlete Ally, an organization that aims to combat homophobia and transphobia in college athletics.
New footwear offerings include the PUMA Arizona and Wrestling Boot. Enveloped in a navy cashmere-suede upper, the Arizona sees a powder blue and gum outsole polished off with PUMA and Noah logos along the lace shroud. The high-top Wrestling Boot is dipped in sleek, neutral tones and features a leather-accented upper, gold PUMA lettering on the tongue and co-branding on the tongue.

PUMA x Noah also present a collaborative line of nostalgia-infused apparel in the capsule. A pair of six-pocket cotton Dungarees lead the pack, along with a nylon-shell Coach Jacket complete with inner sherpa lining. Elsewhere, graphics are stamped on hoodies, tees and sweatpants, with a wool Cycling Cap and durable yet detailed Duffle Bag rounding out the range.
Cop a piece from the collection beginning tomorrow on Noah’s webstore and flaship NYC storefront, February 15. All proceeds from the t-shirt sales go to Athlete Ally.
