Four Tet Is Hosting a Music Festival Under a Bridge in Brooklyn
The two-day party goes down on May 4 and 5.
Four Tet has been in the music industry for well over two decades but the in past few years, he’s been more active than ever. Last year, the British musician teamed up with Skrillex and Fred again.. in the studio, and then went on to perform alongside them at Coachella.
In January, he returned with a new single called “Loved,” which could be the first taste of a forthcoming album. For his next move, Four Tet is organizing a music festival in New York.
Dubbed Four Tet & Friends, the two-day event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5. The location is particularly surprising, as it’s going down “under the K bridge” in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood.
“This is a party under a bridge curated by Four Tet,” the poster reads.
Four Tet will perform two sets on Saturday and an extended set on Sunday. Among those joining him in the lineup are Ben Ufo, Avalon Emerson, Salute, Daphni and Floating Points, the latter two of whom will perform B2B. The event will have two stages and special guests.
