ADERERROR Renews ADER Seongsu Space For 10th Anniversary
With the title ‘‘FUTOURIST: Imagination builds a new world,’ ADERERROR showcases its future vision, while honoring its decade-long legacy.
In celebration of the brand’s 10-year anniversary, ADERERROR has renovated its flagship ADER Seongsu Space in Seoul, South Korea. The reimagined store carries the theme ‘FUTOURIST: Imagination builds a new world’ through its undulating interiors which comprise ethereal art installations and futuristic store fixtures across two floors.
A mascot of sorts represented by a technicolor sea turtle acts as the official “guide,” which blazes ADERERROR’s path into the future. The zoomorphic sculpture suspended from the ceiling is made of an all-black body and a translucent shell containing colorful orbs.
Similar orbs appear throughout the space, including the dressing rooms, containing multi-functional hooks that double as ambient lighting displays. The interior finishes are dominated by glass and chrome materials, reflective of ADERERROR’s forward-thinking vision. Throughout the store, visitors will find subtle accents in neutral textiles and pops of neon color. A sharp contrast to the main space is found in a dark corridor that features a kinetic display depicting emergent forms behind a fabric screen, evoking a sense of creative formation.

In the brand’s own words the renovated space symbolizes “a multidimensional journey expanding from ADERERROR’s past to present and future, proposing a new definition of space that repeatedly evloves and transforms.”
