Fear of God ESSENTIALS Announces Multi-Year NBA and WNBA Partnership
The first installment lands this week.
Jerry Lorenzo‘s house of Fear of God has officially announced a multi-year partnership with the NBA and WNBA. A pivotal moment for the brand, the partnership continues to bridge sports culture with fashion and will allow Fear of God ESSENTIALS create a new space to fill the demands of the modern sports and fan merch era.
The partnership is expected to uphold authentic connection between sport culture. The collaboration between Fear of God and the NBA and WNBA will see the brand act as a cultural touchstone to intersect sports, style and lifestyle. Celebrating Fear of God’s forever long-standing relationship with the sport of basketball, the first installment of the partnership will see an apparel collection for teams across the leagues including, the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, New York Knicks, Chicago Sky, Los Angeles Sparks and New York Liberty. Each piece is imbued with Fear of God motifs, signature silhouettes, and detailing paired with the team’s monikers. The collection will launch on Fear of God starting on November 20 and NBA on November 27.
