Yeat‘s long-awaited LYFESTYLE had landed on Earth. A rewind from February’s 2093, defined by its futuristic formation, LYFESTYLE finds the mystifying masked rapper back in 2024 but still in his lightyears-ahead zone.
Clocking in at 21 songs – with 22 on the “bonus” edition – LYFESTYLE is primarily is solo effort from Yeat, who lights it up immediately on opener “GEEK TIMË” and upholds that energy throughout the entirety of the lengthy LP. Features come from Kodak Black, Summrs, Don Toliver and Lil Durk, interspersed throughout the spacey, synth-y delivery.
Yeat sounds more confident and focused than in projects past on LYFESTYLE, leaning into his masterful ability to meld nostalgic sonics with forward-facing production and aesthetics.
The album closes out a catalog year for the rapper, which also arrives in tandem with new merchandise crafted in collaboration with Heron Preston and Cactus Plant Flea Market.
