On-Court Look at the Nike Book 1 "Air Safari"
Teased earlier during a Suns’ media day as one of Book’s PEs.
Devin Booker has been on a roll lately, debuting a string of new colorways of his first signature Nike shoe. As the new NBA season begins, Book is getting ready to take on another year in the league with a fresh new lineup of kicks.
Taking to the courts to debut new colorways like the Nike Book 1 in “Sunset” and even recently a “Michigan State” PE, the Suns player wore the anticipated “Air Safari” colorway on the court against the Los Angeles Lakers. The pair was previously teased during NBA Media Day, where Book posted to Instagram to unveil two never-before-seen colorways for the signature shoe. One of them was the “Air Safari,” which just like it sounds, features an upper crafted of brown leather and ostrich print-like pattern. The second was the “Creamsicle” colorway, taking on an all-orange canvas and suede makeup. While the “Creamsicle” colorway was the Media Day fan-favorite, Book still gave the “Air Safari” some love with the on-court debut.
