Kevin Durant and Nike are cooking something up a new slate of releases for next year. Arriving next spring, the KD 4 is dropping in a “MVP Speech” colorway taking on a color scheme consisting of hyper royal, summit white and metallic gold. The shoe pays homage to KD’s MVP season as well as his mother Wanda during his acceptance speech. Encompassing his journey on the court, the shoe highlights his appreciation to his mother’s sacrifices. Taking on bright blue tones throughout the shoe is a nod to KD’s bond with his family. The shoe features Zoom Air technology for cushioning and added responsiveness on the court. Blue touches hit the midsole as it sits atop a rubber outsole to round out the design. Look out for the shoe slated to drop next year.
