ROSÉ Links With Bruno Mars For Upbeat Collab "APT."
The lead single off the BLACKPINK staple’s upcoming solo debut album.
BLACKPINK‘s ROSÉ has teamed up with Bruno Mars for the release of their new collab, “APT.”
Produced by Cirkut, Omer Fedi, Rogét Chahayed and Mars himself, the track serves as the lead single from ROSÉ’s debut studio album rosie. The song also arrives with a fun music video helmed by Daniel Ramos and Mars.
“‘APT.’ is actually my favorite Korean drinking game that I play with my friends back home. It’s so simple, puts a smile on your face, and breaks the ice at any party,” ROSÉ shared in a statement. “One night in the studio I taught my crew how to play the game. Everyone was fascinated, especially when I started the chant, so we played around with it and I said we should make a song out of it… and after Bruno joined the track, the rest became history!”
rosie is set to drop on December 6 and is billed as a 12-track album that “marks ROSÉ’s most personal and candid release to date with her co-writing the project in its entirety.”
