New Balance 990v6 Made in USA Pops Up in Brown and Grey Color Scheme
Another neutral-toned refresh for the Teddy Santis-designed model.

Following on from his buzzy “Sepia Stone” and “Pale Yellow” colorways from last year, Teddy Santis is expanding his New Balance 990v6 Made in USA product lineup with an all-new design, done in a medley of brown and grey tones.
Images of the fresh silhouette landed on social media on Monday, revealing the designer’s latest neutral-toned take on the popular sneaker. True brown tones fill in the mesh upper on the shoe’s base layer, while wheat-brown suede composes the mudguards. Varying grey hues offer a subtle contrast on the upper’s overlays, and additional notes of silver appear on the “N” logos, tongue label, flag emblems and the “990” badges that reside on the lateral heels.
White laces run down the center of the design; and down below, a chunky sole unit employs a mixture of white and grey hues, which counteract one another from the forefoot to the heel. Meanwhile, the FuelCell midsole offers added comfort for its wearers, and a rubber outsole finishes off the design.
