Kyle Ng, the mastermind behind the disruptive Los Angeles-based streetwear brand Brain Dead, is no stranger to footwear design. Between collaborations via Brain Dead with the likes of ASICS, HOKA and more, as well as spearheading the Oakley Factory Team, Ng continues to demonstrate his grasp on the art. Now, with his label celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, he looks to be taking his talents to the Three Stripes as a new Brain Dead x adidas Bowling shoe has been revealed by him.
A friends and family-exclusive, this retro look arrives with black and white color arrangements flipped between the left and right shoes. At the lateral, gold co-branding calls out the two brands as two special Brain Dead x adidas hangtags accompany the shoe. Based on the two revealing that they’ve established a partnership, it’s very likely that additional footwear, and possibly apparel too, is on the way.
Unfortunately for any bowlers interested in getting their hands on a pair of these Brain Dead x adidas Bowling shoes, they’re a friends and family-exclusive in celebration of the brand’s 10th anniversary.
