British actor Sacha Baron Cohen has announced that he will hit the road on a thrilling comedy tour. Cohen is renowned worldwide for portraying humorous characters in unconventional films, including Borat Sagdiyev, Brüno Gehard, and Admiral General Aladeen from 2012’s The Dictator.

Cohen is dusting off his old character Ali G, introduced in the late ’90s on Channel 4‘s The 11 O’Clock Show. The late-night British television series ran for five seasons and saw the actor assume the unpredictable identity of Ali G. The character is an exaggerated British roadman that lives in Staines-upon-Thames. While leading a local street gang, Ali G interviewed several international personalities, including astronaut Buzz Aldrin and football player David Beckham.

Cohen continued to portray the character until 2007, later retiring its identity. Although locations and dates have yet to be revealed, the comedy specials are expected to land across the US and UK later this year.
