Nike Gives the Air Max 1 a Sleek Black and White Makeover
With luxe leather overlays.
Nike has unveiled a two-tone iteration of the classic Air Max 1 silhouette.
Dipped almost fully in all black, the shoe is crafted with a mesh base and smooth leather overlays for texture. The stark black hue is quickly contrasted by hits of white on the branding details, specifically the panel swoosh, tongue tag, insoles and embroidered Nike Air heel branding. The model rests on a black midsole with an Air Bubble unit and black outsole, while matching black laces tie the shoe together for a clean finish.
Check out the shoe above. The Nike Air Max 1 “Black/White” is set to release in the coming months via Nike and select retailers for a retail price tag of $150 USD.
