Hot Toys Reveals Peter Parker "Black Suit" Special Edition Collectible
Inspired by the upcoming PS5 game ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.’
Hot Toys has revealed its latest Spider-Man collectible, “Peter Parker Black Suit,” inspired by the upcoming PlayStation 5 game, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The nearly 12-inch figure depicts Spidey in an all-new black suit, with a special edition exclusive to Sideshow revealing the mask of the signature red suit.
The black suit donned by the figure is the very same that was previewed in an early sneak peek trailer of PlayStation’s upcoming Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and while there are two choices of figures, they both retail at the same price, with the only difference being the inclusion of the exclusive head.
Sideshow notes that, like in the game, the black suit “enhances Peter’s power with unique abilities, but at the same time it has a clear physiological effect on Peter, altering his look, and making him more aggressive, even against his friends like Miles Morales.”
The figure comes packed with a large variety of accessories, most notably a black web shooter, black webbing accessories, web-wings, tentacle attachments, interchangeable hands and of course, a display base.
Both versions of the figure are priced at $305 USD and are available for preorder now on Sideshow’s official site, with delivery expected in July of 2024.
