Massena LAB x Revolution Unveil the Uni-Racer 1949 Limited-Edition

Joining forces for the first time, Massena LAB and Revolution have unveiled their collaborative Uni-Race 1949, a modern mechanical chronograph that unites both parties’ penchant for historical time-tellers.
Presented in an elegant, mid-century aesthetic, the timepiece borrows the design of Patek Philippe’s Ref. 130, which featured an iconic black lacquer dial with a luminous Roman numeral sector ring. This looks is faithfully recreated in the Uni-Racer 1949, which arrives in a 39mm stainless steel case.
Encircling the sector track is the “Base 1000” tachymeter, while two chronograph sub-dials are placed on the 3 and 9 o’clock marks. The watch face is also9 complemented with a pair of lume-filled sword hands that are accentuated in a blue steeled makeover. While the caseback features an engraving of a star and Massena LAB’s logo at its center. It’s accompanied by a deerskin leather strap, complete with a signature tang buckle made of stainless steel.
Powering the time-teller to run up to 58 hours is the hand-winding Sellita SW 510 M Elabore caliber. The movement beats at a rate of 28,800vph and is capable of withstanding up to 50 meters underwater.
Retailing for $3,750 USD, the Massena LAB x Resolution Uni-Racer 1949 watch will release as a 120-piece limited-edition on July 28, 10 a.m. EST, only via Revolution.
