GROCERY Launches Fifth Anniversary Project With Hong Kong's Star Ferry

Coinciding with the 125th anniversary of the city’s beloved passenger ferry service.

After delivering the GROSPORTS’ “Off the Field” capsule collection, GROCERY has now put together its fifth-anniversary collection. The limited edition range from the Hong Kong label coincides with the 125th anniversary of the Star Ferry, Hong Kong’s iconic passenger ferry service operator and tourist attraction that carries passengers across Victoria Harbour, between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

Inspired by a shared memory of Hong Kong, GROCERY has tapped local toy brand URDU and Disney for the collection centred around Donald Duck. The collaboration is marked by representations of the classic Disney character dressed in Star Ferry’s signature green sailor suit and hat. Included in the range is a series of processed T-shirts and merchandise.

Aside from the set of T-shirts in collaboration with Star Ferry and URDU, available in adult and children’s sizes, the collection features a URDU 7-inch Donald Duck figure and plush toy. Accompanying merch featuring Donald Duck are special keychain sets, stickers, and more.

Starting from August 1 to September 3, the Fifth Anniversary collection will be available at URDU’s centenary pop-up store at Harbour City and on GROCERY’s website. Head over to HBX to check out more GROCERY offerings.
