adidas Announces YEEZYs Releasing Next Week

Since the return of the adidas YEEZY line in May, it’s been a quiet few months for the collaborative line, save for the early preview of various unreleased pairs. However, momentum has recently started building for a large launch event in August. Just over a week ago, rumors surrounding Foot Locker stocking various YEEZY styles in August hit the net. From there, various pairs were loaded onto adidas’ website and news regarding the May event’s revenue popped up — indicating that Ye made nearly $85 million USD from it.

Now, adidas has officially announced its plan for next month, with teasers of twelve pairs scheduled to hit shelves. Key releases include the return of the YEEZY 500 “Bone White,” YEEZY FOAM RNNR “Carbon” and the debut of the YEEZY 450 SLIDE. Adding to this, the YEEZY SLIDE, 350 v2, 350 v2 CMPCT, 700, QNTM, 450 and 700 v3 are all releasing as well.

Product availability begins August 2 via adidas with a phased release. In addition to this, select retailers have announced release dates for their own inventory via Instagram. adidas has maintained that it will donate “a significant amount to selected organizations working to combat discrimination and hate, including racism and antisemitism.” In addition, adidas is including blue square pins with select product for North American orders in support of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism.
