Samuel Ross‘ A-COLD-WALL* shows no signs of slowing down on the collaborative front, offering ongoing partnerships with Dr. Martens, Timberland, and more. A-COLD-WALL*’s history with Converse is not to be ignored, having released numerous models, including the Aeon Active CX and Geo Forma Boot.
The British label is setting its utilitarian touch on Converse’s Chuck 70 Ox. The collaboration keeps quality craftsmanship at the forefront with a functional approach, aiming to simplify your morning routine.
The low-top model is dipped in “Green” and “Oceana,” boasting tonal textile uppers, squared tongues, and debossed leather heels. Standard rubber toe caps receive “ACW_CNVS” lettering, while double-layered borders blend into classic soles. Finally, co-branded touches adorn the tongues and insoles alongside ACW ankle badges with exposed stitching.
Besides footwear, A-COLD-WALL* and Converse reveal a functional clothing capsule featuring structured gilets, polos, T-shirts, and shorts in darkened Earth tones. Converse taps Japanese instrumentalist Takuya Nakamura to present the collaboration, reflecting his boundary-crossing musical attitude across the campaign.
