The Row Presents Expanded Subtlety for SS24
Taking a calmer stance this season.

Since its inception, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s label, The Row, has found unbeatable success in subtlety. From relaxed silhouettes, refined fabrics, romantic draping and more, the brand has crafted a steady identity of luxury and unwavering class. For The Row’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, Mary Kate and Ashley opted to present a stacked display of 80 looks instead of a runway show in Paris. But either way, the latest collection still harbors the brand’s signature attention to subtlety.
This time around, the Olsen twins opted to combine both menswear and womenswear looks, which offers up expanded versatility and ease. But whereas some of the brand’s previous collection offered up daring visions of androgynous tailoring and precision, this collection was relatively simple. Lining the lookbook pages are a myriad of coats, relaxed pants, knitwear and more that take rather traditional forms.
A few select pieces pieces like a black Floy Jacket or a tuxedo-like Sciur Coat danced up some of the brand’s previous eye-catching silhouettes. Or even the gray Clayton Coat that took form with a flayed bottom. The essence of The Row’s most sought after design styles still permeates the collection. But at large, the latest from The Row takes a calmer stance this time around.
