New 'Mobile Suit Gundam SEED' Movie Coming Soon
Part of the ‘Mobile Suit Gundam SEED’ Project Ignited.
Originally noted back in 2006, Bandai Namco has now officially announced the release of a new Mobile Suit Gundam SEED movie. During its latest fiscal year presentation, the company revealed that the film is now set to release during the current fiscal year, ending March 2024.
The film will serve as part of the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Project Ignited initiative launched in 2021. the film will add to the 20th-anniversary celebrations for the original Mobile Suit Gundam SEED which already includes a new game and side-story manga.
Mobile Suit Gundam SEED director Mitsuo Fukuda has confirmed that the upcoming film will be picking up where Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY (2004-2005) left off.
