Billionaire Boys Club Japan Premieres Autumn 2023 Collection Lookbook
Including fleeces, hoodies and lots of layerable outerwear.
Billionaire Boys Club Japan has previewed its upcoming winter wardrobe essentials in a just-released lookbook. In true BBC fashion, the Japanese co-label’s latest offering supplies plenty of branded basics alongside statement jackets.
While pieces span in material from nylon to fleece and leather, the divergent materials are brought together by consistent branding, ranging from BBC’s classic Helmet Head to its script-centric arch logo. Colorways divert from neutral fall tones and embrace more lively palattes, encouraging mix-and-matching: nylon joggers or track pants in an easy-to-pair black or gray can be combined with a more vibrant piece like one of the collection’s light blue puffer jacket.
Hidden details abound as well: a black nylon windbreaker appears monochrome, but fleece detailing on the interior is a striking light green. A slew of bottoms are made from nylon, which ensures breathability and offers some semblance of water protection. Mesh shorts are equipped with pockets, and cargo shorts even larger pockets. Now in its 20th year, BBC has mastered the branded hoodie and this time around it’s created visibly soft pullovers available in grey and yellow, each with a raised Billionaire Boys Club insignia.
A release date has yet to be revealed for the collection, but we can expect it to be available to shop on the brand’s website in coming months, first in Japan and then in the US. Peep the looks in the gallery above.
