Nintendo Releases Trailer for ‘Detective Pikachu Returns’
With the help of several Pokémon.
One of the most beloved Pokémon characters is back, but this time not as his typical fighting self. Nintendo has released the trailer for its forthcoming title Detective Pikachu Returns, expanding the famous character’s scope.
The first installment of the adventure-fantasy game was released in February of 2016 – adding new dimensions to the entire Pokémon franchise. Now, the title’s sequel is finally set to arrive soon. The trailer showcases an inquisitive Pikachu full of personality alongside his partner Tim Goodman in Ryme City. Throughout the trailer, a range of other Pokémon are also seen such as Mewtwo, Inteleon, Politoed, Slowpoke and more.
Detective Pikachu Returns is set to release on October 6 for Nintendo Switch. Take a closer look at the forthcoming title in the trailer above.
