UPDATE: Jacquemus has officially announced that its latest Nike collaboration is an amalgamation of the Air Force 1 and the ACG Terra. The luxury label has put together a duo of monochromatic colorways for this initiative in “Triple White” and “Triple Black” palettes. After serving up two custom colorways of the Nike Air Humara in 2022 as part of its Summer 2022 collection, Jacquemus now connects with Nike once again this Summer for collaborative J Force 1s, which are described as “a sophisticated shoe with the spirit of an AF1.” After receiving close-up teaser shots in February, the first images of the sneaker have emerged via a listing on eBay, unveiling a truly unique design.
While previous photos revealed white leather uppers, a mesh tongue, “JF1” branding on the metallic lace dubrae, and Swoosh-branded leather aglets on the laces, hidden from view until now are distinct woven sole units featuring wraparound nylon cording. Additional details include debossed co-branding on the heel tab and small metallic Swooshes on the side panels, echoing the design of the Humaras. In addition to the white iteration pictured above, a black version is also expected to arrive as seen in Jacquemus’ recent teaser video.
