Under Armour’s Extremely Versatile SlipSpeed Sneaker Now Comes in Bold “Lime Surge” and “Pink Shock” Colorway

UA’s most technically designed training shoe gets a vibrant update.

Under Armour recently announced the launch of an innovative new sneaker that has redefined the future of training. The SlipSpeed is a shoe that can travel anywhere with the wearer — from training mode to everyday errands. To build upon the already distinguished SlipSpeed reputation, the brand is now dropping a new bold colorway.

The SlipSpeed is a convertible training shoe designed with a convenient “crushable” heel, signature UA Flow foam compound, Iso-Chill technologies for keeping the inside of the shoe cool, and an adjustable BOA® Fit System for securing or loosening the shoe when needed.

Alongside these inventive technical features, the latest SlipSpeed boasts a vibrant new look. The shoe is now available with “Lime Surge” uppers, accented by a contrasting “Pink Shock” tone. The sole of the athlete-focused sneaker comes in all black to accentuate the eye-catching colors of the shoe.

The new colorway, along with seven additional new colorways, will be available exclusively online and in person at the Under Armour NYC Pop-Up starting on April 13, 2023. Under Armour will additionally be hosting a celebration of the new colorways, which will feature customization opportunities for all visitors, a community art installation, and a popsicle stand.

For those who purchase shoes at the one-day event on April 15, 2023, a sneaker customization station will be available so customers can make their own mark on a personal pair. Visitors will have the choice between four artist-created graphics, by GLOSSBLACK, to apply to their SlipSpeeds through vinyl application.
