UNDEFEATED Takes a Swing at Golf
Teaming up with Malbon Golf for the first time.
Over the past five years golf has undergone a transformation thanks to brands and creatives that are making the sport appeal to a more city-based and culturally aware demographic. Over that period one of the brands leading that charge has been Malbon Golf, which was founded in 2017 by Stephen and Erica Malbon, formerly of street fashion magazine Frank151.
So while Malbon Golf has successfully injected traditional golf staples with a streetwear edge, on the other side sneaker culture has infiltrated golf thanks to brands like Nike and adidas. Now an OG retailer in the sneaker and streetwear space, UNDEFEATED, is taking its first swing at golf by teaming up with Malbon.
The collection is slated to drop in two waves, the first of which includes the likes of dual branded golf apparel and accessories. To begin the highlights, have a look at the UND x Malbon Golf Jacket which arrives in two color ways. The full-zip jacket is constructed from a poly-cotton twill and has a plaid inner lining, while Malbon ‘buckets’ logos and UNDEFEATED’s signature tally mark are embroidered onto the left chest. Another item to note is the Soft Case Travel Bag which has plenty of room to protect your clubs during air transit. With spell-out logos found down both sides, the bag features two built-in wheels for easy mobility as well as a rugged Cordura fabric construction.
Other items include hoodies, tee shirts, bucket hats and head covers, ranging between $35 and $500 USD. The products can be shopped via UNDEFEATED’s website and chapter stores and Malbon Golf starting tomorrow, April 11.
