Jordan MVP Has Surfaced in "Shy Pink"
Just in time for the summer.
Jordan Brand is bringing back one of its spring-ready colorways from 2006 onto its new silhouette, the Jordan MVP. Making its way back to the lineup is the “Shy Pink” color blocking on the newest hybrid model. The shoe, which takes design elements from the Air Jordan 6, 7 and 8, celebrates the legendary Michael Jordan‘s three-peat championships from 1991-1993 in his victories over the Los Angeles Lakers, Portland Trail Blazers and the Phoenix Suns.
Arriving in the “Shy Pink” color scheme, the Jordan MVP is constructed with a mostly white leather upper. The Shy Pink contrasts are seen as accents throughout, noticeably along the heel collar and midsole. Details nodding at the three Air Jordans include the tongues, TPU paint strokes, midsole and icy translucent outsole. On the lateral ankle the Jumpman logo is embroidered alongside the “Nike Air” heel branding. The shoe sits atop a white and pink midsole and a grey rubber outsole to round out the design.
Look out for the Jordan MVP “Shy Pink” releasing in the coming months at select Jordan Brand retailers and on Nike for $165 USD.
