Hulu has released the official trailer for its upcoming comedy film, White Men Can’t Jump.

The trailer gives fans a greater glimpse of the basketball comedy film starring Sinqua Walls, Jack Harlow, Teyana Taylor, Laura Harrier, Vince Staples, Myles Bullock and Lance Reddick. Most notably, the trailer highlights the banter between Harlow’s Jeremy and Walls’ character Kamal. The story centers around the retelling of the iconic 1992 film that celebrates street basketball culture in Los Angeles.

The film follows Kamal, who was once a promising basketball player who derailed his future in the sport and Jeremy, a former basketball star riddled with injuries that called his career. The two juggle a tenuous relationship, as well as financial pressure and internal struggles. While both ballers seem to be vastly different, they realize they find something in common in the game of basketball. The film is written by Kenya Barris and Doug Hall, as well as produced by Barris and Paul Hall. Blake Griffin, Ryan Kalil, Noah Weinstein, Calmatic, Doug Hall, E. Brian Dobbins and James Powers executive-produced the film.

White Men Can’t Jump will stream exclusively on Hulu starting on May 19, 2023.

In other entertainment news, Adam Driver is finalizing talks to join the MCU.
