Germany-based Gerrit Jacob is continuing to prove that he is one to watch. The emerging designer recently unveiled his Fall/Winter 2023 “SCUM” collection, packed full of youthful optimism while dissecting queer stereotypes through eye-catching designs.

Stepping into footwear for the first time, Gerrit Jacob has taken to Instagram to debut his forthcoming adidas collaboration. Infusing three adidas styles with his vibrant identity, Jacob drenches the Forum 84, Superstar, and Gazelle models in striking tones while using flame stencils to create burning outlines. Painted in pink, green, and purple hues, the silhouette’s white base is concealed entirely, coming alive via spirited graphics that reflect the designer’s clear language.

Take a closer look at Gerrit Jacob’s SS23 adidas collaboration in the gallery above. The pairs are expected to release in the coming months exclusively via raffle on the adidas CONFIRMED app.
