Juicy J Is Publishing a Memoir Called ‘Chronicles of the Juiceman’
Detailing his upbringing in Memphis and ascent to rap superstardom.
Juicy J is adding to a long list of musical artists who have sat down to pen their life story. The Memphis rapper and Three 6 Mafia co-founder will be publishing a memoir this September.
Written alongside music journalist Soren Baker, the book is titled Chronicles of the Juiceman. It’ll tell the story of the rapper’s come-up in the Southern rap scene and rise to fame as a member of Three 6 Mafia.
At 47 years old, Juicy J has spent the majority of his life working within the music industry. He wrote the track “Slob on My Knob” — which would go on to become one of Three 6 Mafia’s most popular songs — when he was in eleventh grade. He’s also the younger brother of rapper Project Pat, with whom he frequently collaborates.
“My Life Story! So Inspirational,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “‘On sale Sept 5th, preorder today by clicking the link in bio.”

In addition to publishing his memoir, Juicy J has a new album on the way. Few details about the LP are known, except that it’ll be executive produced by Logic, who Juicy J recently joined on the College Park tour.
