Yohji Yamamoto and adidas’ collaborative Y-3 line has kept fans on their toes with their various creations for two decades now. Last week, adidas Y-3 introduced yet another experimental footwear offering with the reveal of the ITOGO sneaker. Utilizing a five component build, it removes glue from the equation and operates as a build that can be fully dismantled with ease.

Following the reveal of its black and off-white color composition, a “Vapor Blue” colorway has appeared. Its titular hue covers the laceless Primeknit upper with its “X”-shaped straps in the bold blue as well. The midsole — which features adidas’ signature BOOST cushioning — revisits off-white in a semi-translucent presentation that sees Yamamoto’s signature at the outsole in black.

The adidas Y-3 ITOGO “Vapor Blue” has initially surfaced via adidas Japan with a release time of March 15 at 9pm EST at a price of ¥84,700 JPY (approx. $630 USD). It is expected to launch stateside on March 16 at a price of $600 USD as well.

Enjoy an official preview of the pair above and for more of the latest in footwear, Balenciaga x adidas is rumored to be returning based on a new Balenciaga Track x adidas Originals Forum High shoe that has popped up.
