Benny The Butcher and Hit-Boy are reuniting for a followup to their 2020 collaborative album Burden of Proof.

The Black Soprano Family founder took to social media to announce the news, sharing a photo of him at the GRAMMYs and a caption that reads, “Sometimes the experience of the journey is a better feeling than reaching the destination. You won’t ever kno unless u make it there…but remember ‘EVERYBODY CAN’T GO.’” He added, “The Album produced by @hitboy…Loading[.]“

2020’s Burden of Proof marked Benny The Butcher’s second studio album and was produced entirely by Hit-Boy. The record featured guest appearances from Big Sean, Conway the Machine, Dom Kennedy, Freddie Gibbs, Lil Wayne, Queen Naija, Rick Ross and Westside Gunn, and peaked at No. 27 and No. 14 on the Billboard 200 and the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
