adidas have announced a partnership with German music collective HÖR Berlin. World-renowned for spotlighting the best upcoming talent in techno and the wider world of electronic music, the group first arose as a requiem to the club and streaming closures seen across the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

While clubs and ambience certainly play a role in any live music experience, founders Charly and Ori, who originally hail from Tel Aviv, sought to bring back the focus to the music itself by providing upcoming artists from marginalized communities a platform to broadcast their talents in what is now HÖR’s signature neon tile cubicle, located by the Volkspark Hasenheide park in Berlin.

Earlier this month, HÖR took to Instagram to announce that they would be hosting a special broadcast from the adidas flagship store in Berlin, which will take place tomorrow, February 19. The streaming event will be available to watch via YouTube and is all about “techno and retro running”, according to a statement by the German sportswear company. Stay up to date on all their latest mixes by following the collective’s YouTube channel.

Elsewhere, Skrillex delivers highly-anticipated first LP in nine years.
