Pastry Chef Ravneet Gill Teams With Shake Shack for New Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake

Ravneet Gill and Shake Shack have joined forces to unveil the brand new Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake.

The menu item, which is available at all Shake Shack UK branches starting October 1, fuses Gill’s signature sticky toffee pudding and Shake Shack’s spun-fresh vanilla frozen custard. The sweet concoction is then topped off with crumbled sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and Maldon salt for that extra kick. In addition to the new offering, £1 GBP from each sale will be donated to the charity Magic Breakfast, which provides healthy breakfasts to children in the UK who go to school to with an empty stomach — highlighting Shake Shack’s Stand for Something Good® mission that’s committed to supporting and investing in local communities.

“As someone who was one of the first people in that Covent Garden queue when Shake Shack first came to the UK, to now collaborating with them is a dream come true. Their frozen custard is pure magic, it’s the perfect marriage with my sticky toffee pudding and I couldn’t be more excited to work on this together,” Gill shared in a statement. Mark Rosati, Culinary Director of Shake Shack, added “I remember meeting Rav a few years back when she worked at St. JOHN. Not only was I blown away by her incredible pastries, but also her infectious personality. And I couldn’t be more excited to share our take on the classic Sticky Toffee reimagined as a milkshake in the way only Rav could do.”

We are delighted to have the backing of Ravneet Gill, pastry chef and author, who will further support Magic Breakfast’s work through sales of her specially created Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake, available at Shake Shack from October. Ravneet and Shake Shack have agreed that Magic Breakfast will receive £1 for each shake sold, which will help to feed more hungry children and young people in the UK. Our collaboration is a fundraising initiative to raise funds for Magic Breakfast, any products featured are not used in our breakfast provision.”

The Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake will be available at all UK Shake Shack branches from October 1 to November 11.
