Transporting the energy and elegance of Marais to California, beloved Paris restaurant, Mr. T, recently opened a location in Los Angeles. Helmed by Head Chef Tsuyoshi Miyazaki and conceptualized by restaurateur Guillaume Guedj of Gyoza Bar, Ramen Bar and the two Michelin-starred Passage 53, Mr. T, opened in 2017, has become known for its amalgamation of global late-night street food with classic French technique.

Building on the restaurant popular among Parisian creatives, Mr. T Los Angeles offers the same menu favorites like the Roast Lamb Kebab, Comte Mac & Cheese with Mimolette Flambé, “Uni” with Koshihikari Rice, Confit Egg Yolk and Sea Urchin crème, Chicken Tsukune Mille Feuille with Sweet Potato Puree and Candied Kumquat, Carrot Merguez Frites, and Caramelized Half Liberty Duck with Weiser Farm Potatoes and Crepe. All dishes offered are crafted from the finest produce sourced from local agriculturists and an on-site herb garden.

Aside from signature Mr. T cocktails, the drink selection includes Los Angeles’ most comprehensive selection of fine Burgundy and Bordeaux, curated from Guedj’s personal collection.

Mr. T Los Angeles utilizes an industrial design language defined by raw stone, white quartz, and concrete. Accented by custom-fabricated Tzalam wood seating, sourced by Geudj outside of Mexico City, and three custom engravings by French artist Vassili. The interior dining room is framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and built around an open kitchen divided by a spanning bar that introduces an open-air terrace.
